InterPlay celebrates the creativity and joy in every one of us and reminds us to play and embrace life. It helps reconnect body, mind, heart and spirit, deepening our knowledge of ourselves and our creative potential.
In small incremental steps learn to create stories and dance and express your voice in ways that you may not know are inside you. No previous experience required. InterPlay takes you through one small step at a time.
