InterPlay allows us to view the world through the lens of creativity, which allows for mess, chaos and delight in the exploration! Using singing, movement, story, and listening. Extend your creativity and expressiveness, and relax into a deeper awareness of your own physical experience. Reduce stress. Find a more holistic focus!
Trish Watts is a dynamic encourager of the playful heart, and has led workshops around the world in voice, movement, and improvised creativity. She is a composer and songwriter, performer, choir leader committed to the community exploration of the arts and creativity. She is the co-founder of InterPlay Australia and is a recognised practitioner of Voice Movement Therapy. She has just returned from two years work in Cambodia with Cambodia Sings! She has brought creative life to this country marked by years of war and violence.
