What information do you collect from me?
We only have the information you send to us in an enquiry form or in the newsletter subscription form;
- your name
- your email address
- your region
- whether you prefer to receive HTML or plaintext emails
- any other information you specify in your message
When you send us an enquiry or sign up to our email newsletter, we need to know who to respond to. For this reason, we need to have at least your first name and your email address or phone number.
Any other information?
Non-personally identifiable information will turn up in our server logs. We will be able to see that someone visited our web page using a certain screen resolution, certain operating system, and other information about your computer. This information is collected by the server as a normal part of it's operation. We can't trace this information back to you or connect it with you in any way.
How do you store my information?
Your information is stored securely in a database on a trusted online server. Any emails you send are emailed directly to us.
Do you share my information with other companies?
No. We strongly disagree with selling or giving personal information to other companies.
Can I see and change the information you have about me?
Yes, if you phone, email or write to us, we'll gladly be able to provide you with a copy of any information we have about you.
